Install Sun and Earth sites

Finish installation
Publish original concept;
Refine specifications;
Issue Request For Proposals;
Fund development of selected proposals;
Carry out juried artist selection;
Gain citywide acceptance, and support
from community members and leaders. 		Adjust system scale;
Obtain central Paseo Colorado location
      and sites on historic Garfield Ave. View Corridor;
Appear in Pasadena Arts Master Plan;
Retain expert fundraising consultant dedicated to Planet Trek.

Raise $200K and install Sun and Earth;
  (This takes advantage of extraordinary opportunities,
  establishes physical presence, sets scale in concrete, and
  forms visible basis for Phase III.)

Develop plan to raise remainder of funding;

Raise remainder of $1.2M;
Install remaining eight sites;
Develop activities for schools and businesses;
Consider additional Planet Trek sites.
